Matakauri Lodge

SPG has been involved in all planning matters for Matakauri Lodge since 2009.

Matakauri Lodge is a high end boutique lodge that is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, and being a short distance to central Queenstown. Matakauri Lodge is a sister lodge of Kauri Cliffs and Cape Kidnappers lodges.

The owners of Matakauri Lodge undertook a significant redevelopment and enhance programme for the site. This necessitated a range of resource consents over an extended timeframe.

SPG has also assisted Matakuari Lodge with multiple submissions of the Queenstown Lakes District Proposed District Plan.
