Jacks Point Lodge

The ‘Jacks Point Lodge’ is a consented high quality visitor accommodation development located within the designated Lodge Activity Areas at the Jacks Point Resort Zone, Queenstown. The development aspirations sought to create an authentic South Island luxury ‘five star plus’ visitor accommodation
settlement of standalone cabins and a centralised core of services, amenities and suites.

The overall development was compiled on a comprehensive basis with a strong architectural and
landscaping collaboration working from a focused brief to develop appropriate site specific architectural and design responses to the immediate surrounding environment and the wider landscape.

SPG undertook a lead role in obtaining a number of resource consents on a non-notified resource
consents from the Queenstown Lakes District Council for the overall development. A total of 72 visitor accommodation buildings have obtained resource consent.
