Rolling Ridges - Alexandra
SPG worked closely with DK Architecture and the client to obtain resource consent for a new rural dwelling on Lot 9 of the Rolling Ridges Subdivision near Alexandra in Central Otago.
The proposal involved the establishment of a 293m2, four bedroom residential dwelling and accessory building comprising a four-bay shed. The proposed dwelling resulted in a minor skyline breach viewed from Vercoe Road. The proposal involved 1,400m3 of earthworks over an area of 2,000m2. SPG obtained the resource consent for this rural dwelling on a non-notified basis.
