Campbell St Alexandra
SPG worked alongside Survey Worx to develop a subdivision scheme plan and subdivision consent application for an ‘infill residential subdivision’ in Campbell Street, Alexandra.
The proposal involved subdividing the existing residential dwelling into a new Title and creating a new vacant rear allotment with a leg in access to Campbell Street.
SPG were heavily involved in responding to further information requests from the Council in regard to traffic and infrastructure services issues and were successful in getting this subdivision approved on a non-notified basis.

Cemetery Road Tarras
SPG prepared and oversaw the processing of a three Lot rural subdivision of a 7,215m2 site on Cemetery Road, Tarras. The subject site was located in the Rural Resource Area of the Central Otago District Plan and required a Non-Complying Activity Consent for breaching the minimum and average allotment size for the zone.
