Central Dental Ltd set out on a mission to construct a purpose-built facility on a residentially zoned parcel of land that included a number of planning constraints and sensitive neighbours in which to navigate.
The nature of the proposal required Council sending the application through a publicly notified process. SPG jumped on board to prepare a comprehensive application outlining the appropriateness of this commercial activity in a residentially zoned area and subsequently prepared planning evidence and facilitated the hearing process on behalf of Central Dental Ltd as expert planning witnesses, resulting in that all important resource consent approval.
