Cromwell Industrial Subdivision

SPG prepared and oversaw the processing of a subdivision consent for the creation of thirty allotments in the Cromwell Industrial Resource Area, situated on Cemetery Road.

Working collaboratively with the survey and engineering experts at Southern Land, SPG was successful in gaining a non-notified approval for this subdivision. As the subdivision was commenced, SPG was also involved in seeking approval for minor variations of the conditions of consent.
