Killarney Street Alexandra
SPG worked alongside Survey Worx to develop a subdivision scheme plan and subdivision consent application for an ‘infill residential subdivision’ in Killarney Street, Alexandra.
The proposal involved subdividing the existing residential dwelling into a new Title and creating a new vacant rear allotment with a leg in access to Killarney Street.
SPG were heavily involved in responding to further information requests from the Council in regard to traffic and infrastructure services issues and were successful in getting this subdivision approved on a non-notified basis.
