Treble Cone
In addition to purchasing the rights to the Soho Ski Area, RealNZ (who also own Cardrona Alpine Resort) have purchased the rights to Treble Cone Ski Field.
SPG has worked with RealNZ to obtain resource consents from Queenstown Lakes District Council and the Department of Conservation to undertake upgrades of the snow making infrastructure, and minor terrain development/shaping of ski trails.
All approvals from Queenstown Lakes District Council and the Department of Conservation have been obtained successfully and on a non-notified basis.
Next project
NZSKI Remarkables
SPG worked with NZSki for several years on a major upgrade of Remarkables Ski Area. Some of the key projects that we gained approvals for include; the replacement base building, the Curvey Basin chairlift and terrain modification, Sugar Basin chairlift and terrain modification and the snow making infrastructure and water takes from Lake Alta and the Rastus Burn.
