Cardrona Alpine Resort

SPG has worked with Cardrona Alpine Resort for approximately eight years as they have undertaken significant upgrades of the resort including; base building alterations, construction of the Willow Basin chairlift and terrain modification, the McDougal’s chondola, and the installation of wastewater infrastructure to link the resort to the reticulated wastewater network in Cardrona Valley.

In more recent times, Cardrona Alpine Resort Limited have purchased the rights to the Soho Ski Area and SPG have assisted with extensions of time to the long awaited Soho Basin chairlift.

We have successfully obtained all resource consents from the Queenstown Lakes District Council for the above projects on a non-notified basis.
