Totally Tourism Limited

Established in 1999, Totally Tourism has been providing authentic experiences for Kiwis and international travelers for more than 20 years as the umbrella company of some of New Zealand’s original sightseeing, leisure and adventure activities including; The Helicopter Line, Mitre Peak Cruises, Milford Sound Scenic Flights, Glacier Helicopters, Harris Mountains Heli-Ski, Challenge Rafting, and Alpine Guides.

SPG has worked for Totally Tourism Limited for approximately thirteen years and as detailed on our projects page, we have assisted many of the subsidiaries mentioned above by obtaining resource consents, Department of Conservation Concessions, and LINZ Recreation Permits to enable their operation throughout the South Island.

One of the important resource consents SPG obtained for Totally Tourism Limited was a resource consent from the Westland District Council to establish and operate a commercial helicopter base for their subsidiaries The Helicopter Line and Glacier Helicopters at Fox Glacier.

SPG oversaw the consent process including the engagement of necessary aviation, acoustic, and ecological experts to provide the information necessary to get the original proposal for 400 flights per day granted by the Westland District Council on a non-notified basis.
