We work across the full spectrum of resource management, planning, consenting, concessions, and policy fields in the context of a variety of statutes.

This is underpinned by a sound knowledge of the Resource Management Act 1991, Local Government Act 2002, Conservation Act 1987, Reserves Act 1977 and Land Act 1948.

SPG undertakes resource management planning work within the South Island, with a particular focus on the Queenstown Lakes, Central Otago, Southland, Westland, and Canterbury regions.

    Modbox is a Queenstown based building company specialising in the design of modular homes that can be designed and built quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Their project management software and inhouse expertise allows clients to maintain oversight of their projects progress.

    Initially incorporated in 2013 Modbox has become an established name in Central Otago and Queenstown with over 50 completed builds and happy clients (at close of 2020). Many of these have been completed with planning assistance from Southern Planning Group.
